April Kerr
April is one of those naturally fit people that has a unique ability to not only smoke the workout cold, but also genuinely help people reach their fitness goals. She earned her Bachelor of Science from HBU in 2011.
Where she was a student athletic trainer for HBU soccer and Rice University’s football team. After graduation she managed a horse ranch for a few years, and found her way back to fitness through CrossFit in 2014. She quickly fell in love with CrossFit (don’t we all?), and took it a step further earning her CrossFit Level 1 certification in 2017. When she’s not helping fix our technique, she’s hiking with her pups around Texas.
