What if I've never worked out before?
No worries! Our coaches are here to ease you into your fitness journey. Most new members start with our Foundations Course, where we teach you fundamental movements to move safely and work on mobility.
What class times do you offer?
We have a variety of class times throughout the day to fit your busy schedule. Check our website or contact us for more details.
Is the gym inclusive for all?
Absolutely! We believe fitness is for EVERYONE. We pride ourselves on being a fun and inclusive space for women, LGBTQIA folx, and people new to fitness.
What programs do you offer for advanced athletes?
In addition to group training, we offer personal training and semi-private sessions for those seeking a challenge or working on toward a specific goal. We have athletes that compete in marathons, utlras, Hyrox, & the Texas Water Safari.
What does the Foundations course include?
Our foundations course includes an introduction to learning key movements, mobility, nutrition consultation, and an inbody assessment.

Yes! Our nutrition coaching program is designed to pair perfectly with your fitness goals for holistic health.
Can I drop in if I'm visiting?
Sure! We offer drop-in sessions for those looking to keep up their fitness while on the move.
How can I track my progress?
We conduct quarterly goal review sessions and inbody assessments to help you track and achieve your fitness milestones. You also have a member app to track your workout results to see progress through each training cycle.
